Senior BD&P Analyst

What you will be doing:
• Support preparation of Short-Term and Long-Range Plan, Strategies documents and Strategic Reviews by gathering, analyzing and preparing multi-market data to support articulation of strategies, growth drivers and growth opportunities taking into account the evolution of the market, regulatory and fiscal environment, portfolio initiatives, pricing as well as competitive fundamentals.
• Prepare analyses to support development of pricing strategies which optimize the position of PM brands, assess different scenarios for retail selling price structure taking into account NEFP, trade margins, profitability, exchange rates and different taxation assumptions.
• Prepare executive presentations for management team and different external audiences.
• Prepare various reports for HQ regarding South East Markets: political and economical situation, tobacco legislation, competitive environment, volume and share developments as well as all the information that potentially influence business operations. Prepare and ensure timely submission of Business Highlights to regional HQ. Provide clarification or additional detailed information which may be requested by regional management.
• Support Risk Reduced Product (RRP) business by preparing the Long-Term strategy for respective market(s) in the South East market cluster and supporting the implementation of short-term RRP commercialization plan for selected market(s) by maintaining the RRP business model, financials and intelligence including volume/price/tax scenarios modeling. Trace and analyze the RRP category developments in the market and competitive landscape.
• Support Risk Reduced Product (RRP) category development across SEE markets by analyzing trends and spotting gaps and opportunities and work closely with Commercial teams to drive RRP business forward.
• Propose and develop upgrades of modeling and analytical approaches. Develop and deliver presentations to Management Team. Act as replacement of Manager in case of absence. Perform on the job training and coaching of more junior colleagues.

What we are looking for:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, business intelligence or similar fields
• University degree
• Fluent in English
• Great analytical skills
• Great communication skills
• Great knowledge of MS office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
