Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to join our team as the Solution Lead IT Digital Solutions (Technical Lead Frontend). This role will spearhead the rollout of our global solutions in the US and will be the bridge between our Operating Center (OC) and the US business.

If you have a validated history of spearheading the development and optimization of intricate digital solutions e.g. websites or mobile apps, coupled with your deep technical expertise, this role presents a unique opportunity to lead our core B2C platform’s success.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction and decisions for the e-commerce website, utilizing your expertise in latest web technologies e.g., ReactJS, AEM, Google Tag Manager, SEO and AWS etc.
- User Experience (UX): Work closely with design teams to ensure the e-commerce website delivers an intuitive and engaging user experience while meeting compliance requirements.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security protocols, protecting customer data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the website's performance, addressing technical bottlenecks to maintain speed and reliability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 5+ years of related working experience on Frontend development.
- Proficiency in ReactJS/HTML/CSS, AEM, SRE practices, SEO, Google Tag Manager, AWS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile software delivery principles and frameworks
