Newsec is a licenced provider of property and business valuation services and has one of the region’s biggest research and analysis units. Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business goals of Newsec in the Baltics region;
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives;
• Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, Implement effective onboarding processes and talent development programs;
• Address employee relations issues and implement solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement;
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture (internal events & other initiatives);
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees.

Best-suited candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR leadership roles;
• Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably working in Baltics region;
• In-depth knowledge of Baltic labor laws and HR best practices;
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
