Sales and A&P Contrller:

For our Controlling team in Milan we are looking as of now for a Sales and A&P Controller.

During this experience you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s areas and you’ll contribute to the achievements of Controlling team. Create a collaborative partnership with sales department will be fundamental for your growth as efficient and solid Business partner.

About the job

As Sales and A&P Controller, you'll be accountable for:

• In-deep analysis of channel results and transversal brand performances versus multiples scenarios (actual, budgets, best estimate)

• Animate top-line growth profitability partnering with Sales and Marketing Departments leading ad hoc initiatives to support top management team in decision making process.

• Business partnering with multilevel stakeholders of the company to properly manage the resource allocation process (focus Trade Terms, Promos and Marketing expenses) following ROI approach.

• Advertising and Promotions costs coordination of the full finance cycle from planning and budgeting process to month closing actual activities + monthly presentation to CODI/Top management

• Involved for internal reporting for top management and global reporting.

•Management of one person focused on daily A&P controlling activities.

ABOUT YOU
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering with a focus on Controlling or Finance;
• Good business administration, financial and accounting knowledge;
• Focus on Business tracking through Customers and Channels Profitability
Challenging approach and mindset;
• Structured and analytical way of working;
• Ability to work cross functional and ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office and Windows, in particular: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
User knowledge of SAP, Oracle Hyperion Smart View (Oracle ESSBASE), Magnitude or other software of accounting and reporting
• At least 2 years of experience into multinational companies (preferably FMCG).
Fluent English.
• Sales Controlling experience is a plus.
