Accountant - Travel & Expense - Russian Speaker (supporting Kazakhstan)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University graduate (or student of 5th year) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or equivalent
• Proficient English and Russian speaker
• Goal-oriented person with very good analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as with strong customer service
• Knowledgeable and experienced user of Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge and experience in using SAP and Concur would be an asset
• Experience in Travel &Expense department or Finance and Administration would be an asset

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Support employees with travelers tools such as Corporate Card Program, Travel Policy and T&E application
• Ensure timely reimbursement to employees in accordance with company policies and service level agreements
• Perform reconciliations of travel & expenses accounting entries and resolve open items by contacting internal/external sources
• Participate in preparation of reports to fulfill global or local reporting requirements
• Standardize T&E process and implement best practices
