FINANCE TOPLINE CONTROLLER

For our Finance Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for a Finance Top Line Controlling

You’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments, and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team. 

About the job

You’ll collaborate with Sales & Marketing activation teams of our brands and you’ll have the chance to develop your technical skills in Finance Controlling area thanks to our multicategories and multichannel reality.

In details, you’ll:

Support Finance Controlling team in financial forecast cycles.
Be involved in month closure and reporting activities.
Manage the internal and group’s reporting tool on the main financial KPI’s
Understand and articulate main variances effect vs previous forecast and prior period
Support Sales and Marketing’s spending management.
Map potential risks and opportunity within the assigned budget.
Collaborate in the preparation of ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions like brand profitability, customer profitability, portfolio optimization.
Be involved in the Innovation process and the correct resource allocation according to key priorities.
Contribute to the presentation deck for general management and leadership team.

ABOUT YOU
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

*Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
*At least 4 years Finance experience, preferably in a FMCG industry.
*Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
*Structured and analytical way of working;
*Relational skills and flexibility;
*Excel, Power Point knowledge and multidimensional databases (Essbase, Hyperion, SAP, Power BY);
*Fluent in English;
