YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acting as the main contact person in the development and implementation of marketing, innovation, and communication strategies for the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for flawless execution and tracking of portfolio strategies.
- Following the market dynamics, consumer trends, and competition and prepares analysis based on data. Develops recommendations and action plans accordingly.
- Responsible for bringing new ways of doing, presenting new perspectives.
- Responsible for all the 3rd party agency relations.
- Accurate management of budgets for brand.
- Communicating with opinion leaders and business partners.
- Working closely with the sales force, conducting routine field visit for better understanding the market drivers and dynamics.
- Enhancing the company image through close contacts with internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related areas.
- 5+ years of marketing experience or product management in preferably FMCG companies.
- Excellence in English communication skills (both written and oral).
- Willingness to travel for getting the accurate insights from Sales Force.
- Being a creative, innovative and strategic thinker.
- Having a "decisive doer" attitude and being persistent to solve problems.
- Being open to new working types and change.
- Having strong analytical skills and discover actionable insights via finding patterns in data.
