WORK IN TURKEY: REVENUE GROWTH MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER

ABOUT THE JOB

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Revenue Growth Management Assistant Manager" Take this opportunity to GROW together!

As a Revenue Growth Managment Assistant Manager, you will be an individual contributor in this role and reporting to the Senior PRGM Manager and will be a part of team.

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Assisting in setting and adjusting prices for products based on market demand, competition, and profitability targets.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that drive sales and revenue.
• Embed structured processes and ensure adherence to established strategies
• Be part of the process of setting key initiatives supporting company priorities and RGM opportunities definitions
• Ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate decision making within the company
• Track promo guideline execution, and optimize promo return on investment through internal evaluation and review systems

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor degree from business administration, economics, or industrial engineering backgrounds (MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Min. 3 years of controlling, sales finance, category development or RGM experience
• Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Solid analytical skills and high Finance knowledge
• High attention to detail, drive for superior results
• Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• High dedication, commitment, and flexibility
