Position summary
Contribute to the Out οf Home, mainly Cafeterias & Hotels, Business by managing company’s coffee machines, while working in a cross-functional team to execute the daily work and business priorities.


A day in the life...

• Register in the system the installations and removals of machines
• Monitor the coffee machines and assets that exist in our Warehouses
• Be responsible for the management of the assets’s lifecycle by helping the Business to be profitable
• Generate and create several cross-functional technical & sales reports for coffee machines and assets, that will further help the Business to take strategic decisions
• Be responsible for inventories, recycling and selling process of assets
• Be part of important Business projects and new tools
• Be in charge of the creation and management of all legal contracts for OOH Trade assets (machines, grinders)
• Build and maintain good & strong relations with Vendors, Distributors, Wholesalers, Customers
• Support to Sales Team, Technical Department and Warehouse team


What makes you successful

• University Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply chain or any other related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in an operational role
• Team player with initiative competencies, organizational skills, proactive cooperation,
ability to work on own initiative and as part of a dynamic team
• PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
• Experience in SAP would be considered as an advantage
• Fluency in Greek & English
