A day in the life of Commercial Development Manager HoReCa

• Actively participates in defining the vision of the Category and Brands, the objectives and strategies for ICP in line with Market Business Strategy and the business direction;
• Offers support to Field team in organizing specific activities;
• Develops a deep understanding of the consumer / customer behavior, the competitive environment, and its implications on the Brands & Categories;
Implement Brands designs in line with the marketing plan. This includes reassessing and, where necessary, modifying the Brands Plan, as well as proposing recommendations for meeting objectives;
• Follows the performance indicators of the channel/category;
• Monitor / control and coordinate the budget allocated to asigned projects;
• Participate activelly in developing and management of all promotional campaigns including all pre- and post-evaluations and apply their results to future brand plans;
• Communicates effectively with Generating Demand, Support departments, Factories, Agencies in relation to all Brands initiatives;
• Monitor the prices of the products and products and activities of the competition and signal changes and propose actions in line with the Categories objectives;
• Digital Nestlé Professional champion in the market. Web page, Adobe campaigns and C4C implementation and usage acts as super use.


What will make you successful?

• Ideally, you are self-confident person with demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role.
• You have a university degree and minimun 4 years of relevant commercial experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade marketing role.
• You have clear understanding of selling process and Out of House/Home shopper behaviour.
• You are independent thinker, who acts and decides objectively and with integrity.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills and ability to motivate and develop others.
• You have excellent knowledge of English & Croatian language, both written and spoken
• You are advanced user of MS Office package.
