About the BRIDGE program

You will be a part of the PMI’s team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

*Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC

JOB PURPOSE

This position is aimed at people who are looking for a motivating challenge but also full of learning in a strategic area for the company, working with exciting projects within the PR category.

KEY FUNCTION

The role will support the team in the execution of the main tasks associated with the e-cigarette launch project:
- Support in the development of the strategy for the launch. Navigate different market research analysis documents to identify insights, barriers, etc.
- Support to the project leader in the execution of:
o Omnichannel implementation of the strategy (Route to market, Visibility, trade strategy, promotions, etc.)
o Coordination of the different teams.
o Close monitoring and tracking of KPI's
- Responsible for the execution and deployment of the portfolio strategy and promotions in the market, collaborating with other teams in the organization and responsible for following the necessary approval processes.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Who we’re looking for
• University degree (Marketing, business administration, Advertising and Public relation)
• Recently graduated (Only 4 years since graduation or has 2 subjects and final thesis pending maximum)
• You are fluent in English (C1 at least) and Spanish (C2 Level)
• Good level in excel and other office tools (PowerPoint, etc.)
• Valid Spanish working permit
• Passionate about consumer
• Proactive attitude, challenging status quo
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Social Media knowledge and trend spotter

What is desired?
• Experience working in a marketing department (Brand management internship/assistant roles desired)
• Experience working with CRM
• Experience working with agencies and clients
• Experience working with Loyalty plans
