Role Description

This is a full-time remote Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role. The CMO will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including market planning, market research, public relations, marketing management, and sales. The CMO will work closely with our team to increase revenue and drive growth for the company. The CMO will ensure that our message is consistent, compelling, and effective in helping fullofmind.com achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:

- Define target audience and product positioning.

- Develop a global marketing strategy.

- Create and optimise advertising campaigns in Google Ads and YouTube Ads.

- Organise website optimization for maximum visibility in search engines.

- Manage the affiliate marketing program.

- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns.

- Prepare reports for senior management.

- Develop a strategy to strengthen the brand globally.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including managing international projects. Experience in edtech is a huge plus.

- Deep understanding of the global market and marketing trends.

- Significant experience in SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

- Experience in managing FB budget up to $500 000 a month;

- Analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills, including persuasive presentation and written communication.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or economics. Additional qualifications are a plus.

- Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
