We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage the leasing process, negotiate agreements, and forge strategic partnerships with retailers.

Main Responsibilities

• Search for new potential clients and properties to achieve planned goals and objectives;
• Prepare and ensure the quality delivery of products or services to the client;
• Conduct negotiations with potential tenants and seek to establish favorable collaboration conditions;
• Establish fair and beneficial rental agreement terms;
• Coordinate and adjust rental agreement terms with potential clients;
• Organize joint initial meetings, after signing the rental agreement, with responsible individuals (new tenant, building managers, technical maintenance manager, etc.);
• Execute and monitor the process of sending rental agreements to the owner and legal representatives.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• Proven experience in retail leasing, real estate, or commercial property management;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively;
• Possess excellent knowledge of spelling and grammar rules and have good computer skills;
• Speak and write English well.

Salary Range:

Gross wage (before taxes): from €2000 per month.
