2975.00 € Building Maintenance Manager, Vilnius

Responsibilities:

• Organize the maintenance and repair work of general engineering systems and building facilities;
• Supervise the quality of work performed by service companies to ensure the efficient functioning of buildings and premises;
• Ensure high-quality building operations and prompt execution of necessary repairs;
• Plan and oversee the activities of service providers, organizing tenders when necessary;
• Provide technical maintenance advice to clients on leased premises, initiate inspections and audits as needed;
• Prepare documentation for tendering purchased works and participate in supplier selection;
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, prepare operational and capital repair budgets, and ensure their implementation;
• Coordinate service and utility tax assessments for tenants.

We hope that you:

• Hold a degree in construction engineering;
• Possess excellent knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD;
• Familiar with laws governing building maintenance;
• Hold a category B driver's license;
• Have managerial experience in building maintenance or construction companies – considered an advantage;
• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English.

Salary:
Monthly salary: €2975 - €3966 (pre-tax).
The amount of remuneration depends on available competencies.
