Work in Europe, Poland: People & Culture Specialist.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• You will be responsible for the area of P&C personnel administration together with four P&C Specialists.
• You will be in close cooperation with different stakeholders/providers within payroll, benefit, work environment, mobility etc.
• You will be securing the time keeping system according to company rules, legislation and deadlines.
• You will be preparing reports for internal and external (such as GUS etc) needs.
• You will be collecting data for payroll - allowance, sickness, etc.
• You will be responsible for coordination of wellbeing and health activities in our office.
• You will be in close cooperation with accounting department.
To be successful in this role you need to have:
• At least 3 years of experience in settling shift work time (for a large group of people).
• Several years’ experience as an HR role in the area of personal administration and payroll .
• Good knowledge of polish labor law .
• Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel) .
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with various HR systems on a daily basis ( knowledge of Workday is additional asset).
