Lead Financial Planning

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ of experience in Finance department of an international company.
• Good business acumen, experience in market analytics, scenario analysis and modelling, financial savvy, combined with a Business Partnering mindset.
• Experience in leading people, focused on team development and capable to organize own and others’ work to meet changing requirements in high-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, very good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to optimize and streamline processes.


Responsibilities:

• Master the complexity of our business and understand its financial implications.
• Revenue forecasting, support in development of volume, price & tax models and scenarios.
• Translate strategic and operational business plans into financial plans.
• Scenarios impacts assessment, preparation of proposals leading do decision making.
• Lead the Budget consolidation and securing timely and accurate submission.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to the market.
