We are currently looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our Data Analytics & Integration Team who will support and develop market specific systems and tools across all businesses within the Türkiye Market. This includes full development lifecycle from project scoping, system analysis, design, development, implementation and sustain activities.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain end to end business analytics solutions and platforms;
• Design and develop analytics reporting,dashboard and processes;
• Ensure data reliability and quality in all Analytics solution;
• Follow trending technologies and abilities in Data analytics Area;
• Analyze all Analytics Infrasturcure, components and databases;
• Design ETL processes and monitor for the Performance;
• Work with product management and product mindset, extract, interpret and present insights from data to support their decisions;
• Delivers high assurance code in the data and analytics technologies of the product, including testing and deployment;
• Designs and reviews user and system interfaces. Provide Database design, database administration and data models within secure by design;
• Constructs, interprets and executes end-to-end system and program tests to verify correct operation of completed systems;
• Produces outline system specifications using solution designs, functional specifications or technical specifications as input, including input into scope, constraints (such as performance or resources), hardware, network and software environments;
• Assists in the assessment and selection of suitable software packages and technologies to meet all or parts of specified requirements;
• Works with Behavioral Analyst & Consumer Experience Specialists seeking guidance on front-end design;
• Ability to manage variety of cross-organizational projects (scope,stakeholders desired outcomes) working closely with broad range of internal and external teams;
• Provide training and share knowledge with stakeholders and team mates;
• Problem solving and analysis skills to create solutions in business perspective;
• Effective communication skills.

Qualifications required for this position are as follows:
• Bachelor of Computer Engineering or science,Math,Economics,Statistics, or related quantitative field;
• Minimum 4 Years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Modeling and Data Visualizations;
• Hands on experience of T-SQL, DAX, MDX Qeury,Power BI, SAP BO, WEB intelligence and MS Azure for Analytics;
• Deeply Knowledge and experience of ETL SSIS, Azure Data Factory and Azure Analysis Services;
• Agile development lifecycle RESTful services;
• Experience about WEB Services;
• Knowledge of development on Office 365 and Power automate and Power apps Tools;
• Knowledge of IT Application Infrastructure,OS and Data storage Platform;
• Experience in Data mining,Trend analyze,forecasting and predictive model development;
• Understanding of relevant statistical measures such as confidence intervals, significane of error measurements, development and evaulation data sets;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• General Knowledge of C# , VB.net, HTML, ASP.NET, CSS, Jscript , Jquery software languages;
• Ability to extract, interpret and present insights from unstructured and structred data;
• Design clear and interactive dashboards;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially on MS Excel and Access;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines;
• Full professional proficiency (English).
