We are currently looking for a Market IT Solutions Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Office Team, who will be the first point of contact in sustain operations of Nestlé's leading edge solutions to create long-term competitive advantage, leveraging new/advanced technologies and undertakes IT Solutions sustain, implementation and improvement activities to meet sustain, deliver process implementation and improvement targets and satisfy agreed customer key performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure IT Solutions Program Progress:
- Support IT Solutions products lifecycle processes mainly on Deployment, Sustain, and Leverage;
- Maintain strong networks through IT Solutions functional networks with functional business experts in Markets, Global Managed Businesses.
• Ensure Deployment & Change Management:
- Understand Nestle Functions/Businesses requirements and make recommendations on the applicability of the IT Solutions to meet these business requirements;
- Support flawless implementation of agreed projects, on time and on budget by following agreed methodology;
- In case of processes affecting several areas of the business, is accountable to work with multi-functional teams and align within the Local IT Solutions Community to deliver changes successfully;
- Delivers technical requirements within process optimization projects;
- As instructed performs assessment on application changes prior to release and/or implementation to ensure there are adequately documented and complete according to guidelines.
• Ensure Security Compliance:
- Ensure implemented IT solutions meet internal and external standards in regards to security compliance;
- Support Market functions / business to comply with internal control requirements across all E2E processes
• Ensure Sustain:
- Establish, maintain and optimize an efficient Sustain organization across all levels within the IT Support Organization ensuring SLO and ticket volume reduction targets are met;
- Ensure relevant measure and targets are driving desired behavior.
• Ensure Leverage:
- Help maintain and leverage technology capabilities with Functional Experts;
- Training to market Key Users / Super Users and IT team members & participates in Business Process improvement initiatives & projects;
- Enhances Market / User Capability by executing the identified methods / approaches and follow through status / track progress.
• Act as Business Integration/Relationship SPOC on:
- Ensuring the consistency in the management of the relationships between IT Teams with the regional/global units and Market Functions/Businesses.


Qualifications required for this position are as follows:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or equivalent department;
• At least 3 years’ experience in related job;
• Related functional / business process experience;
• Project & Product operational experiences;
• Moderate experience on minimum two of SAP SD, Order to Cash Processes, Customer Life Cycle, E-invoice solutions;
• Vendor and Partner Management experience is plus;
• Strong Project Management Skills is plus.
