Contact Center Specialist with knowledge of Hebrew

You are:
• Attentive to details;
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel;
• A great communicator and a team player;
• Well organized;
• Confident in English on at least Intermediate level and Hebrew on Advanced level.

With you we will: 
• Timely response to customer inquiries both verbally and in writing;
• Provide required information to employees regarding the salary question, certificates, vacation days, business trip etc. and suppliers regarding the status and invoice payment, using available resources;
• Follow up calls regarding the request;
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem-solving;
• Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestlé Best Practices.
