Your ‘day to day’
•Design and deploy the communication strategy for Portfolio and Commercial initiatives to address the needs for the relevant Customer Journey phase.
•Assist in the design and own the deployment of Brand Building campaigns striving to strengthen the emotional link between consumers and the brand.

For all assigned projects:
•Design and develop the toolbox for all consumer front communication (from Field force scripts to visibility materials).
•Closely cooperate with Digital Marketing team for the development of relevant assets for the digital touchpoints (website, CRM, e-partners, paid media). •Capitalize on Global toolboxes but adapt (where needed) to meet local needs.
•Track overall results, evaluate impact of communication, and recommend next steps.
•Promote collaboration with external partners (marketing agencies & suppliers).

Who we’re looking for
•University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent. MBA or MSc will be considered a plus.
•4-6 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in consumer centric organizations and image driven brands.
•Hands-on experience growing strong brands preferably in a multinational environment coupled with a track record of achieving challenging goals.
•Proven experience in project management of brand communication projects.
•Ability to see the “big picture” and provide input for strategic decisions.
•Agility and ability to deal in a constantly evolving environment.
•Strong creative and strategic judgement and a laser-sharp eye for detail.
•Dynamic personality, challenged by change, and comfortable juggling competing business priorities. •Proficiency in English and Greek (speaking and writing). •Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
