Your ‘day to day’

As a CRM Specialist you will provide the means (data integration and analytical capabilities) to develop data driven CRM analysis and insights, identify consumer trends and needs and partner cross functionally (Digital, Consumer Intelligence, IT) to develop best ways of supporting of our consumers. You will support deployment of CRM strategy, maximizing database quality and engagement through all phases of the consumer journey:

• Preparation of CRM and digital campaigns & journeys. • Measure, manage and analyze the campaign and channel performance.

• Create actionable, strategically focused, data-driven reports and insights.

• Ensure accurate, relevant & timely reporting and tracking of CRM KPI's and performance results with the aim to automate reporting processes when possible.

• Lead, participate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives to improve overall Consumer experience.

• Continuously test to optimize existing activities, new channels, and seize other business opportunities to improve the digital user experience.

• Feels at home with digital CRM content such as emails - understands the relevant production processes and knows how to lead them.


Who we’re looking for

• University business or technical degree

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel and other data tools and frameworks

• Demonstrates proficient analytical mindset, business acumen and problem-solving skills

• Experience in data extraction, analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools such as SQL and Microsoft Power BI

• Solid understanding of general business and marketing principles and practices

• Enthusiastic and ambitious self-starter with a strong drive for results

• Ability to embrace complexity, ambiguity and to translate opportunities to experiments

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Croatian language
