For our Legal Team in Milan we are looking as of now for a Compliance Trainee.

We offer an internship/stage.

During this experience you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the departments in Italy and Greece and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.


About the job

You’ll support the companies for compliance matters in their day by day relation with several stakeholders: internal as HR, Marketing and Sales and external as legal firms, agencies and learning consultants.

In details, you’ll be involved on:

- Policy and procedure drafting implementation and updating;
- D. Lgs 231/2001 support;
- Internal Audits Support
- Compliance and privacy matters support;
- Contracts related to particular categories of stakeholder;
- Legal researches on data bases;
- Training on compliance topics.

ABOUT YOU
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

- Master’s degree in Law;
- Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
- Structured, analytical, accurate and organized way of working;
- Relational skills and flexibility;
- Previous experience in Compliance and/or Legal area and in privacy issues will be a plus;
- IT knowledge will be a plus
- Fluent in English.
