We have an amazing opportunity to join our Dairy company in our Lisboa offices as a Demand Planner, where you will integrate the Iberia Cluster, which it’s specialized in Supply Chain of our Dairy, Plant Based and Specialized Nutrition products division.


Your key missions will notably include:

• Manage the forecasting process on the short term, in cooperation with Sales, Marketing, PRGM and KAS teams.
• Ensure the consistency in forecasting tools.
• Run analyses on recent historical data, take into account sell in and sell out data by costumer.
• Analyze previous marketing and sales inputs as Promos, and others events.
• Analyze Innovations performances by costumer comparing to Business Cases.
• SPOC with planning team, (based in Barcelona) with main objectives: CSL optimization, identify main OOS reasons, Zero Waste mindset and corrective and preventive measures to avoid PPED's.


ABOUT YOU


For you to succeed in this position, you must be an open-minded, proactive and team-oriented person. Also we believe that it is positive to have:

- Economics, Management, Engineering, or similar university degree.
- At least 1-2 years in the topics related to operations or demand planning.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
- Strong drive for results attitude is required.
- Proactivity, looking for new opportunities, taking initiative and problem-solving attitude required.
- Good analytical (Advanced Excel knowledge is required and Power BI will be a plus) and creative skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills need.
