ABOUT THE JOB

As Organizational Development Specialist & HR Analyst, you will drive positive change and optimize our HR processes in close collaboration with HR Business Partners. Your contributions will lead to greater efficiency, improved ways of working and accurate HR-data in our systems.

You will be a key member of our HR Business Partner & Orga Development team consisting of 9 people across the Nordic and Baltic region, and you will provide valuable support and work closely with all HR Business Partners and support our Head of HRBP & Orga Development and the HR Leadership team in different transformational projects.

You will use your creativity in finding solutions fit for employees needs without losing the business perspective. With a broad scope and many internal stakeholder´s you are always working both strategically and hands-on in order to achieve results.

This role is a maternity cover for 1 year based at our office in Riga, with the possibility to work from home a couple of days/week. You will be reporting to Head of HR Business Partnering & Organisational Development Nordics & Baltics, based in Stockholm, Sweden.


Your main responsibilities will be:

• Daily update and ensure correct people and position data in our HR-system´s.
• Work with HR analytics and propose improvement actions and initiatives based on the insights.
• Work in close collaboration with HR Business Partners on different HR & orga development projects, processes and ways of working to drive efficiency and simplicity.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for our region in global Orga Development Community meetings and adapt the information for the Nordics & Baltics region.
• Support in budget management and controlling of people and office cost in close collaboration with Finance, HR Business Partner´s and Office Coordinator´s.


ABOUT YOU

For this role we are looking for someone with a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach. You have a structure-driven way of working and demonstrate confidence in working independently. You are committed and driven with an ability to collaborate well with others and have a service-oriented attitude.

You find it easy to adapt to new situations, while being humble and listening to the needs of others. Furthermore, we see that you are confident in your knowledge and can, through an analytical approach, find solutions to problems and contribute to development.

In order to be successful you have:

• University degree within Human Resources or equivalent
• 2+ years’ relevant experience within HR (for example HR Administration, Business Partnering, HR Data Analyst, Change Management/Business Transformation, HR Project Management)
• Experience and a strong interest in working with HR data/analytics
• Experience from working in different HR tool´s and system´s and good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Thrives in fast-changing environment, able to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, provide structure and simplify where needed.
• Human centric personality with a true passion for improving HR processes and delivering best in class employee experience and support to internal business stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to drive things forward.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• A team-player mentality and hands-on attitude.
• Preferably experience from an international environment/company, preferably complex matrix organization
• Experience of FMCG; retail or pharma/medical industry is an advantage.
