ABOUT THE JOB

We at Danone are looking for a person who is passionate about great candidate experience and recruitment to join us in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be a part of our five people's strong Talent & Learning team in Nordics & Baltics, that supports all of Danone’s business and markets with Recruitment, Employer Brand, Talent Management as well as Trainings and Employee Development.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support and take the lead on recruitment processes in the Baltic countries & Finland, ensuring we are finding, attracting, and developing the best candidates on the market. Apart from recruitment activities, you will have a chance, together with your team members, to coordinate many employer branding activities across the region of Nordics & Baltics.

This role is a temporary for 1 year based at our office in Riga, with the possibility to work from home a couple of days/week. You will be reporting to the Head of Talent & Learning Nordics & Baltics, who is also based in Riga, Latvia.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide recruitment support, as well as project manage your own recruitment processes from start to finish (incl. write and publish job ads, screening resumes and evaluating candidates, interviews, candidate experience, and general support to hiring managers).
• Conducting candidate searches via internal database iCIMS, local job portals, and external social media sites, etc.
• Be the first point of contact for any external recruitment agencies in Baltic countries and Finland.
• Keeping recruitment process documentation and recordings in systems up to date.
• Coordinate Onboarding Sessions for New Joiners in Nordics & Baltics.
• Assist in company’s employer brand promotion and participate in employer branding activities.
• Supporting all kinds of Talent Acquisition-related projects, e.g. Internship Program.

ABOUT YOU

In order to be successful you have:

• Bachelor’s degree within Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year of experience working in a similar role with the responsibility of the full recruitment process, from the job description to signed contract.
• Good knowledge of labor market trends, recruitment channels, and selection methods.
• Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Experience working in an international company is an advantage.
• Experience working with the recruitment projects in Nordic countries is an advantage.
• Great communication skills in English and Latvian both written and spoken.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to challenges and tasks, always seeking opportunities for improvement.
• A team-player mentality and hands-on attitude.
