As the Junior Business Solutions Analyst you will be:

• Provide IT support to the business (i.e. Danone factories in Europe CIS & Turkey) by acting as IT Level1 support for incidents resolution - SAP and Service Now as a main tools;
• Be the first point of contact for business users;
• Analyze and drive improvements of IT systems within Procurement domain;
• Build partnership with business users to be able to collect and analyze their needs, translate them into IT solutions in order to lead to project execution;
• Act as an ambassador of IT strategy within business.


You are a perfect fit for this role, because:

• You already gained your first experience with SAP ERP and understanding of Procurement area;
• You have an ability to adapt self quickly to dynamic environment & new circumstances;
• You have good communication skills and ability to manage business stakeholders;
• You have cooperative mindset with focus on achieving common goal & finding solutions to encountered problems;
