Job Description
We are hiring a Partner Growth Manager in Reykjavík to support business growth through project coordination, partner enablement, and acquisition efforts. In this role, you will contribute to multiple partner-focused initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced software and programming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding, enablement, and communication with partners
Assist in identifying and recruiting new partner opportunities
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across teams
Develop training content, campaign materials, and partner documentation
Contribute to marketing activities that drive partner growth
Generate regular reports and track partnership performance
Requirements
Previous experience in project management or partner enablement
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with the software or programming sector
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Legal right to work in Iceland
