Job Description:
A well-established hotel in Mariánské Lázně is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie (Kuchař) for a full-time, permanent culinary position. Join our experienced kitchen brigade and contribute to delivering fine dining experiences in one of Czechia's most elegant spa destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes across assigned stations
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Support senior chefs with mise en place and service execution
Collaborate in menu development and daily specials
Ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours
Requirements:
Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in culinary arts
At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience
Basic knowledge of HACCP procedures
EU work permit or Czech residency status required
