Trattoria da Mario is seeking a skilled and passionate pizzaiolo for a full-time, permanent position in Luxembourg. As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll craft artisanal pizzas in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen known for its authentic Italian cuisine. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake pizzas using traditional wood-fired methods
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
Monitor ingredient freshness and kitchen hygiene
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage workflow during service
Assist with inventory, prep, and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a pizzaiolo or similar culinary role
Sound knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques
Fluency in basic French or Italian (A2 or above)
Valid EU work permit or eligibility to work in Luxembourg
