Job Description
InsightBridge Analytics Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst / Data Scientist in Kenya to extract insights from complex datasets and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with statistical tools, and a passion for solving real-world business problems using data.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports
Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms
Communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
Support the design of data strategy and automation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analytics or data science
Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Must be legally authorized to work in Kenya
