Job Description
Accor Hotels is hiring a full-time, permanent Hotel Receptionist for one of our properties in London. As part of our front office team in Northern Europe, you will deliver a high standard of guest service and act as the first point of contact for all visitors, contributing to memorable stays through professional and personalised attention.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient service for guest check-in and check-out
Maintain accurate guest accounts and manage billing processes
Handle all switchboard calls professionally and route them accurately
Ensure guest privacy and hotel security procedures are upheld
Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs during their stay
Promote hotel services and maximise upselling opportunities
Record and deliver internal and guest messages accurately
Assist with other duties such as breakfast hosting when required
Requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written); second language a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong team collaboration and guest service mindset
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
(The hotel does not provide visa sponsorship)
