Job Description
We are looking for a full-time permanent Breakfast Supervisor in Bridgwater to lead morning service in our busy Food & Beverage department. If you’re an early riser with a passion for hospitality, join our team and ensure guests start their day with excellent service and fresh, quality meals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee breakfast service setup and delivery
Lead and support front-of-house breakfast staff
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
Manage stock levels and place supply orders
Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
Requirements
Previous experience in a food & beverage supervisory role
Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Fluent English communication skills
Ability to work early mornings, including weekends
