Nordic Energy Solutions AS is hiring full-time Heat Pump Installers and Service Technicians across Norway. Join us in shaping the energy solutions of the future by delivering sustainable, high-performance heating systems to residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Install air-to-air and air-to-water heat pump systems
Diagnose and service heating units in compliance with local standards
Read and interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals
Ensure customer satisfaction and complete documentation
Collaborate with project managers and electricians on-site
Requirements
Valid work permit for Norway
F-Gas certification or equivalent qualification for refrigerant handling
Proven experience in HVAC installation or service
Norwegian or English language proficiency
Valid driving licence (B class)
