Job Description
CWC Logistics is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Albuquerque, New Mexico distribution team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work with a team to handle receiving, storage, and distribution of goods across multiple industries. This includes order picking, palletising, operating forklifts, and maintaining accurate inventory records. With a focus on efficiency and safety, CWC Logistics provides training, modern equipment, and a supportive work environment where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, unload, and stage inbound shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for delivery
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Conduct inventory checks and update warehouse management systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in assigned work areas
• Adhere to company safety policies and OSHA standards
Requirements
• Legal authorisation to work in the USA (visa sponsorship considered for skilled applicants)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance
