Job Description
Tecnocap LLC, a global leader in the manufacturing of metal closures and packaging solutions, is hiring a Production Operator at our Glen Dale, West Virginia facility. This position offers an hourly rate of up to $22.00, overtime opportunities, and a chance to work in a stable manufacturing environment with modern equipment and strong safety standards. Our plant is located along WV Route 2, close to Moundsville and Wheeling, and offers free on-site parking for employees.
As a Production Operator, you will set up, monitor, and operate machinery to produce high-quality metal packaging components used in food, beverage, and personal care products worldwide. You will work closely with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with safety guidelines
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet company specifications
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Requirements
• Legal authorisation to work in the USA (visa sponsorship considered for skilled applicants)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
