Job Description
Central Transportation Systems is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate for our El Paso, Texas facility. This role offers steady hours, competitive pay up to $21.00 per hour, and the opportunity to work with a respected company in the logistics and moving industry. Our warehouse is conveniently located near Socorro and Ysleta, with easy access from I-10 and on-site parking available.

In this role, you’ll be part of a team responsible for handling shipments, maintaining inventory, operating forklifts, and preparing goods for transport. Our facility supports both local distribution and cross-border shipments, offering variety in daily tasks and valuable experience in freight handling and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Load, unload, and stage freight for delivery or storage
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided)
• Verify shipment accuracy and maintain inventory records
• Prepare and package goods according to customer specifications
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading as required

Requirements
• Legal authorisation to work in the USA (visa sponsorship considered for qualified applicants)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic English communication and reading skills
• Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
