Dean Warehouse Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Cumberland, Rhode Island. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for order picking, pallet building, forklift operation, and inventory management within a modern distribution center. Key Responsibilities
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Load and unload trucks following company safety protocols
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets

Requirements
• Legal authorisation to work in the USA (visa sponsorship considered for experienced candidates)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systems
• Commitment to punctuality and reliability
