Murphy Warehouse Company is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join our Minneapolis team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities
Unload and load trucks efficiently and safely
Pick and pack orders according to specifications
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills for inventory management
Valid work authorization in the United States
Willingness to complete forklift certification training if required
