Le Grand Étoile Resort in Saint-Tropez is hiring talented Chefs and Pastry Chefs to join our award-winning culinary team. You will create exceptional dishes and desserts for our fine dining restaurant, focusing on seasonal ingredients and refined presentation. Visa sponsorship is available for skilled applicants with proven culinary expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes or pastries to fine dining standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and seasonal specials
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Requirements
Professional culinary qualification or equivalent experience
Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
Eligible to obtain a French work visa
