Job Description
Caring Hands Scotland Ltd is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or residential settings, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, and mobility
Support with meal preparation and household tasks
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
Monitor and record client wellbeing in line with care plans
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members
Requirements
Previous experience in a care role preferred but not essential
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
Basic knowledge of health and safety in a care environment
Must have legal right to work in the United Kingdom
Willingness to undergo a PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) check
