Job Description
OceanBridge Logistics BV is seeking a proactive Account Manager for its Rotterdam office. Operating in the heart of Europe’s largest port, this role offers a unique opportunity to manage key client relationships within the maritime and logistics sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact for both international and domestic clients, ensuring their shipping and supply chain needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of maritime and logistics clients
• Identify growth opportunities and propose tailored solutions
• Manage contracts, pricing, and service delivery KPIs
• Liaise with internal operations and customs teams
• Prepare account reviews, forecasts, and client reports
• Attend trade events and support client onboarding
Requirements
• Valid EU work authorisation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of account management experience in shipping or logistics
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is an advantage
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and international freight processes
