Job Description
EuroPort Logistics NV is looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in the Port of Antwerp. As one of Europe’s leading logistics hubs, this role offers a dynamic environment with international exposure. The ideal candidate will help streamline cargo movements and manage the daily coordination of port logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments through the Port of Antwerp
• Communicate with shipping lines, transport companies, and customs agents
• Monitor delivery schedules and update internal systems
• Ensure documentation complies with port and customs regulations
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or scheduling conflicts
• Support team leads in planning and reporting tasks
Requirements
• EU work permit or valid right to work in Belgium
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a port, freight forwarding, or logistics company
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
• Familiarity with transport documentation, customs procedures, and ERP systems
