Job Description
TechNova AG is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing support team in Zurich. As part of a dynamic tech company focused on SaaS solutions, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our global client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in English
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues
• Guide users through onboarding and product navigation
• Escalate technical problems to appropriate internal teams
• Maintain records of customer interactions using our CRM
• Contribute to the improvement of help documentation and FAQs
Requirements
• Valid Swiss or EU work permit (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
• Minimum 1 year of customer support or service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) preferred
