Job Description
CareFirst Group UK is recruiting compassionate Healthcare Assistants for elderly care settings in Manchester. Candidates from abroad, including India, are encouraged to apply. We offer full training and can sponsor work visas under the Health and Care Worker scheme.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist residents with daily personal care tasks
• Monitor and record health observations
• Support meal preparation and feeding routines
• Engage in resident activities and companionship
• Maintain dignity and respect for all patients
Requirements
• Basic spoken English skills
• Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not essential
• Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available)
• Commitment to patient well-being and confidentiality
