Job Description
ING Luxembourg is seeking a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist to assist clients in navigating their banking services. Based in the heart of Luxembourg City, this position is ideal for those with strong language skills and an interest in finance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages
• Provide accurate information on financial products, online banking, and account services
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Escalate complex queries to relevant departments
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
Requirements
• Fluency in at least two of the following: English, French, German, or Luxembourgish
• Experience in customer service or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM platforms
• Valid EU work authorisation
