Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Basel-based pharmaceutical logistics team. In this role, you will support day-to-day distribution operations for sensitive pharmaceutical products across Europe and beyond, ensuring quality compliance and on-time delivery. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong planning skills and a solid understanding of international shipping procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments in line with GDP standards
• Track order status, handle exceptions, and manage delays proactively
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ERP entries
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal compliance guidelines
Requirements
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain in a regulated industry
• Strong understanding of global freight regulations and temperature-controlled logistics
• Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Fluency in English; German is an asset
• Valid Swiss or EU work permit
