Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble automotive parts and components on the production line
• Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects
• Operate tools and machinery according to safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area
• Work in coordination with team leads and technicians
Requirements
• Legal right to work in Germany (EU passport or valid permit)
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic German or English communication skills
• Previous factory or production experience is an advantage
