Job Description
We are looking for a professional and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team in central Athens. This English-speaking role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment. The position involves welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out efficiently
• Handle phone inquiries, emails, and reservation systems
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage payments and maintain accurate records at the front desk
Requirements
• Proficiency in English; Greek or other languages are a plus
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software systems
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Legal right to work in the EU
