Job Description
EuroConnect SARL is hiring a multilingual Customer Service Representative for our Luxembourg office. This role involves assisting clients across Europe in multiple languages while delivering excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Manage orders, returns, and account information
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve service issues
Requirements
• Valid EU work authorization
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following: French, German, or Italian
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer service or client support
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
