Job Description
Monaco Asset Group is seeking a discreet and detail-oriented administrative assistant for its office in the heart of Monte Carlo. This is a long-term job in Monaco that supports senior executives in a fast-paced financial environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, fluent in English, and comfortable handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel arrangements
Assist with invoice processing and procurement tasks
Handle correspondence with clients and partners
Support team with general office management tasks

Requirements
Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus
Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative or executive assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document formatting
Strong discretion and confidentiality
Eligibility to work in Monaco or EU passport
